7 THINGS that will not get you into HEAVEN

• Going to Church

• Being Baptized

• Keeping the Commandments

• Performing Religious Duties

• Doing Good Works

• Going to Confession

• Having Good Morals

All of these may seem good and important, but they can never get you into heaven!

Jesus talked about heaven: “In My Father’s house are many mansions … I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes the the Father except through Me” (John 14:2,6). “Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3).

Jesus said that He is the only way to God, and new birth is the only way to heaven. What did He mean?

“As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name: who were born … of God” (John 1:12,13).

It simply means that if you want to go to heaven, you must become a child of God by receiving (believing in) Jesus Christ:

Confess your sins to God.
Believe that Jesus died for your sins.
Accept Jesus as your Savior from sins.

Then you will be on your way to heaven!
